This conference is annual and needs to have branding that updates every year. This is the branding for the 2023 conferences, using the Toronto Summit as an example.
The event is exclusive and only 20 individuals were invited, so the invite packages needed to reflect a level of exclusivity as well. We did this by sending packages to each invitee that included a poster invite and a postcard invite to a social happening the night before.
For the conference day itself, I had signage, take-home material, name tags, and presentation slides to design, below is a sampling of that collateral.
The notebook & discussion guide was unique and needed extra attention. The first 10 pages had printed discussion notes in it that followed along with each presenter throughout the day, and the rest of the book was all lined note pages.
